  • Description

    Seaview 90-degree horizontal cable seals provide a low-profile, watertight cable entry for marine installations. Each features an impact-resistant housing in black or white, a tapered rubber plug, and a base gasket. IPX6/IPX8 tested.

    Choose the Right Size
    • CG2090 / CG2090W: Cables up to 13.5 mm (0.53"). Connector clearance approximately 9.5–12.7 mm (0.375–0.5"), depending on connector shape and length.
    • CGM90 / CGM90W: Multiple cables up to 6.35 mm (0.25") each. Connector clearance approximately 7.94–9.53 mm (0.3125–0.375").
    • CGM1790B / CGM1790W: Multiple cables up to 13 mm (0.5") each; connectors up to 17 mm (0.68"). Includes 6, 8, 10, and 12 mm drill tubes.

    Installation tip: Select a drill tube within ±0.02" (0.508 mm) of the cable diameter. Leave at least 1/8" (3.175 mm) of rubber between holes and from each hole to the plug edge. See the Installation Instructions tab for details.

    Shipping update, CGM1790B / CGM1790W only: Expected to ship approximately mid-November 2026. Not available for immediate shipment; timing is an estimate.

Improved Shape & Design

Low profile design for a strong, impact-resistant and clean installation (no sharp edges to hit your foot on). Unlike other brands, our inner rubber seal is flush with the top of the Cable Gland so that water does not have a place to collect.

Watertight

Tapered rubber seal forms watertight installation. Base gasket also provided for clean water tight installation. Seaview Cable Glands have waterproof ratings of IPX6 and IPX7.

Easy Installation

Each Cable Gland is supplied with a blank rubber tapered seal that has a molded location to drill and cut. Captive nuts make for easy assembly. Cable connectors do not need to be removed during installation. Stainless steel fasteners included.
