PowerPod, RailPod or SailPod?

PowerPods mount to a flat surface with a rotating base. RailPods mount to one rail. SailPods clamp to two guard rails. Use the dimensional drawing for the mounting footprint and each SailPod’s minimum and maximum guard-rail spacing, measured center to center.

Does screen size determine pod compatibility?

No. Electronics with the same screen diagonal can have different cutouts, bezels, mounting holes and rear brackets. Select the exact make, model and generation, then check its installation template against the pod drawing. External box depth does not establish internal connector or cable-bend clearance.

Are Seaview pods pre-cut or uncut?

All current pod options in this guide are uncut. Use the electronics manufacturer’s mounting template to prepare the face. For multiple instruments, check the complete layout, mounting holes and space between instruments.

Why can more than one pod match?

Several pods can be listed for the same electronics model. Compare usable face size, base width or guard-rail spacing, external dimensions and installation clearance. The selector shows the option count and a quick comparison before the product cards.
