Return Authorization

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be obtained prior to returning any product. Please contact our customer service team to request an RMA.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, products must meet the following criteria:

Condition: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 60 days of the purchase date. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refund and Restocking Fees

Full Refunds: A full refund will be issued for returns due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped or defective product). Restocking Fees:

• A 5% restocking fee will be applied to cover repackaging and restocking costs for products returned in new, resellable condition.
• A variable fee may be charged if additional efforts are required to restore the product to new condition (e.g., replacing missing parts or minor repairs). Non-Refundable Items: Products damaged beyond repair may not be eligible for a refund, at our discretion.

Freight and Shipping

Original Shipping / Freight Costs: Original freight/shipping costs paid by the customer will not be refunded unless we explicitly agreed prior to issuing the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped or defective product). Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Freight Damage: Any concealed freight damage must be reported to the freight carrier immediately upon receipt. Seaview is not responsible for freight charges or damages incurred during shipping.

Process for Returns

1. Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Package the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
3. Include a copy of the receipt and the RMA with the return shipment.
4. Ship the product to the designated return address provided with the RMA.

EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal For customers in the European Union, the following applies in addition to (and takes precedence over in case of conflict with) the general policy above, in accordance with EU consumer law (including the Consumer Rights Directive and Directive 2023/2673):

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you) acquire physical possession of the goods.

Effects of withdrawal:

• We will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (standard shipping), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. Refunds will use the same means of payment as used for the original transaction.
• You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods (return shipping), unless we have agreed otherwise.
• Custom and personalized products (e.g., custom mounts from our Custom collection) are generally ineligible for the right of withdrawal, as they fall under statutory exemptions for goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized. No refund (including original shipping/freight) will be issued for such items if the right does not apply.
• We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.
