All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be obtained prior to returning any product. Please contact our customer service team to request a RMA.
To be eligible for a return, products must meet the following criteria:
Condition: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 60 days of the purchase date.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Full Refunds: A full refund will be issued for returns due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped or defective product).
Restocking Fees:
A 5% restocking fee will be applied to cover repackaging and restocking costs for products returned in new, resellable condition.
A variable fee may be charged if additional efforts are required to restore the product to new condition (e.g., replacing missing parts or minor repairs).
Non-Refundable Items: Products damaged beyond repair may not be eligible for a refund, at our discretion.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Freight Damage: Any concealed freight damage must be reported to the freight carrier immediately upon receipt. Seaview is not responsible for freight charges or damages incurred during shipping.

Package the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
Include a copy of the receipt and the RMA with the return shipment.
Ship the product to the designated return address provided with the RMA.
